Relating to the licensing and regulation of dyslexia practitioners and therapists by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation; imposing an administrative penalty; authorizing fees.
Texas – 2013 – SB185 – School Reporting
Relating to information regarding the number of public school students with dyslexia. Amends Texas Education Code to require each school district and open-enrollment charter school to report through the Public Education Information Management System information regarding the number of students enrolled in the district or school who are identified as having dyslexia.
