I see this one did not pass. Is there any burden on Oklahoma public schools to test students for dyslexia? Or is it on the parents to get their child tested?
Oklahoma schools would be covered by the Child Find provisions of the federal IDEA law – see http://www.wrightslaw.com/info/child.find.mandate.htm — but that does not mandate the types of testing used.
