teacher trainingRequires Department of Education to provide professional development opportunities related to reading disabilities; mandates certain school district personnel annually compete two hours of professional development related to reading disabilities.

Require each public school teacher to complete at least 20  hours of professional development instruction on the screening, intervention, accommodation, and use of technology for students with reading disabilities, including dyslexia, during each five-year, 100-hour professional development period.
